Jude Dieterman, an 18-year veteran of the healthcare industry, serves as Chief Executive Officer of Transaction Data Systems (TDS). Before joining TDS, Mr. Dieterman served as CEO of TriZetto, SVP, and President at Cerner. He held executive roles at eScout, VTech Industries, U.S Robotics/3Com, and AT&T/Lucent.
Al FarrellChief Financial Officer
Al Farrell currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of TDS. He brings more than 30 years of financial planning and leadership experience to the organization with expertise in both private and public accounting. Mr. Farrell previously served as CFO for Advantage Rent A Car, Partner at ACM Capital Partners, and CFO at Trinity Services Group before joining TDS.
Maureen BrennanChief People Officer
Maureen Brennan serves as the Chief People Officer for TDS with a strong track record of people management and leadership experience. Before joining us, Mrs. Brennan was the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Informatica. She developed a culture of innovation and design strategies to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent. She also served in various human resources leadership positions at TriZetto and AT&T with responsibilities, including employee development, talent acquisition, partnership management, and benefits.
John SchaeferChief Legal
and Compliance Officer
John Schaefer serves as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at TDS, bringing nearly 20 years of legal experience to the company. He is responsible for providing counsel and support to the company on a wide range of legal and compliance issues. He also supports the company's acquisition and partnership activities, human resource issues, information security and compliance, the customer and vendor contracting processes, and the development and protection of the company's intellectual property portfolio. Before joining TDS, Mr. Schaefer served as the Chief Legal Officer at TriZetto and held a corporate associate position at the law office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP.

Robert Ven serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Transaction Data Systems (TDS). He has 10+ years of delivering innovative cloud solutions and technology space. Bob holds a BS in Electrical, Electronics and Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University
Tycene FritcherChief Marketing Officer
Tycene Fritcher serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at TDS, responsible for go-to-market strategy and demand generation. She oversees communications, branding, corporate and product messaging. With healthcare IT executive experience in telehealth, patient engagement, practice management, EHR, and pharmacy, Tycene is focused on the improving the provider-patient, customer experience. Prior to TDS, Tycene served as the CMO of HIT companies, Avizia (now part of Amwell), Solutionreach, and Nextech.

Jody Buchman currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Client Success and Client Advocacy for TDS. She brings 19+ years experience in the global healthcare industry. Jody holds an MBA/MIS from the University of Colorado Denver and a BS Degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Dan SchipferSVP, GM Data Analytics & New Markets
Dan serves as the Senior Vice President of Data Analytics and New Markets at Transaction Data Systems (TDS). Dan is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives with application in healthcare and information technology and brings years of experience in securing new business, advancing innovative offerings, managing client relationships, and accomplishing strategic imperatives. Prior to joining TDS, Dan lead new state and local government market entry at Cerner, and more recently Dan worked at TeraCrunch, helping organizations take intelligent data-driven decisions to unleash significant value to their stakeholders.
Alex Miguel, PharmDSVP, GM Enhanced Medication Services
Alexander Miguel serves as Senior Vice President of Clinical Services & Operations at TDS. He is responsible for all operations for TDS, including oversight of TDS' Enhanced Medication Services (EMS) business unit. He oversees the customer support, implementation, account management, and administration teams and ensures EMS is delivering industry-leading medication management services for its payer clients and pharmacy partners. Before joining TDS, Mr. Miguel served as Director of Operations and Clinical Program Development at the University of Florida's Medication Management Center.
