TDS Appoints Jody Buchman to SVP of Delivery and Client Advocacy

Buchman brings nearly two decades of experience in the global healthcare industry to TDS’ Executive Leadership Team

LOUIS--()--Transaction Data Systems (TDS), the leader in pharmacy software solutions, today announced the appointment of Jody Buchman to the position of Senior Vice President of Delivery and Client Advocacy. In her new role at TDS, Buchman will continue to advance the company’s business methodology around client support and implementation, including the introduction of dedicated client success teams. With this new structure, TDS clients will receive proactive strategic support that will enable them to optimize operational, clinical, and financial value.

Studies show a steady increase in independent pharmacies, while big-box chain pharmacies are slowly declining. A majority of independent pharmacies, however, are dealing with supply chain disruptions and staffing shortages, leaving them stretched thin at a time when the public needs more than ever from their services. TDS connects more than 8,000 community pharmacies through its solutions and services – the largest network in the U.S. – and Buchman will ensure each pharmacy receives tailored attention to best address industry opportunity leveraging technology.

Buchman brings more than 19 years of experience in the global healthcare industry to TDS, supporting providers across the care continuum, as well as entrepreneurs and small businesses. In her previous role as Chief of Client Success at Cerner, Buchman was responsible for forming the Client Success Organization and establishing metrics by which to measure success and drive accountability. Buchman holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of Colorado Denver.
